Christophe Grimont

My Story. My Mission.

I am an organizational consultant, executive coach, and group facilitator with over 20 years of experience across Europe and Asia. My journey has been driven by a deep curiosity for human potential and a relentless pursuit of meaningful impact in leadership and organizational development.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with top-tier organizations such as HSBC, UBS, Singtel, AtKearney, PwC, DTAC, Mandiri Bank, L’Oréal, Perfetti, Telkom Malaysia, and Linxens, guiding them through strategic transformations, process optimizations, and leadership development programs. My expertise spans across professional services, manufacturing, financial/banking, and both private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the Asian market.

Splitting my time between Ho Chi Minh City and France, I embrace the richness of cultural diversity, blending Western business acumen with Asian values and insights. As a Fellow Associate with renowned institutions like IMD Lausanne & Singapore, the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), or Asian Leadership Institue (ALI), I continuously draw from global best practices to inspire and elevate leaders.

My Mission: Leading with Purpose and Compassion

My purpose is to empower leaders to reconnect with their true essence, enabling them to lead with purpose, authenticity, and compassion. Leadership, to me, is not just about achieving goals; it’s about creating sustainable impact by aligning personal values with professional ambitions.

I believe that impactful leadership is built on humility, trust, and authentic connection. My coaching philosophy focuses on creating a space where leaders can develop self-awareness, build resilience, and foster meaningful relationships within their organizations. Leadership is not just about achieving objectives; it’s about cultivating a culture of continuous learning and empowerment, where individuals feel valued, heard, and motivated to contribute their best. By aligning personal values with professional aspirations, I guide leaders in unlocking their full potential and driving sustainable, purpose-driven impact across their teams and organizations.

My Inspirations

Great leadership is inspired by great mentors. My coaching philosophy is deeply influenced by thought leaders such as:

Bill Campbell, whose unwavering humility and focus on empowering others to thrive aligns with my belief that true leadership starts with service.

Marshall Goldsmith, whose stakeholder-centered coaching model reinforces the importance of feedback and continuous improvement. His principle, “What got you here won’t get you there,” is a cornerstone of my work with executives seeking to evolve.

These inspirations guide my commitment to coaching leaders who aspire not only to excel in their roles but to positively influence their entire ecosystem.

What clients say

I experienced a pretty fundamental shift in terms of having clarity of what I need to achieve and how I go about it & what behaviours I need to change.

I now have bigger ambitions in terms of knowing I still need to work on things, but part of my why is to have a high performing team, and that can be applied to wider and wider teams. Specific examples of changes: being comfortable with difficult conversations, speaking much more directly, being on time for pipeline meetings, realising that pulling different levers for people (reporting line, where they sit, clarity of their role) can make a positive difference.

Rohan Westcott Senior Managing Director, Macquarie Bank

I feel more confident in myself, which helps me to do my jobs more effectively and, importantly, I feel less stressed and happier.

When I decided to take up the executive coach session with you, I had expected that you would provide me with the tools to be a good and inspiring leader. I very soon realised (and was a bit disappointed) that there are no such magic tools. I had to find my own ways and my own leadership style. The most valuable aspect that I gained from the coaching session with you is: I feel more confident in myself, which helps me to do my jobs more effectively and, importantly, I feel less stressed and happier. I have learned to accept imperfection.

Christophe has been able to consistently help me improve my leadership and relationship skills. I appreciate the very concrete advice and the effort to build a 24-month long coaching program

Christophe was my professional coach for almost two years at PwC. It was a great experience, as Christophe has been able to consistently help me improve my leadership and relationship skills. I appreciate the very concrete advice and the effort to build a 24-month long coaching program completely tailored to my needs. Definitely an experience I recommend to all young leaders who are freshly promoted to senior roles and willing to work on their leadership skills.

Nguyen Luong Hien PwC | Partner / Deputy General Director - Head of Deals / Strategy

Christophe helped me reduce the pressure and stress and develop my self-confidence level, especially in standing in front of large audience, talking about topics which are not within my comfort zone.

Christophe helped me reduce the pressure and stress keeping in mind that there is still a long way to go. Higher confidence level, especially in standing in front of large audience, talking about topics which are not within my comfort zone Speaks up and bring up sensitive topics which would have been untouched a few months ago. Developed a higher level of ownership, developed further in the role.
